This project is an art event to raise money to buy art supplies for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. There are two ways that money can be raised. The first is by just a monetary donation to the fundraiser. The second is to pay to submit a piece of art that will be displayed in a part of the hospital. The way in which the art will be displayed will be through digital monitors with multiple pieces of art on one monitor. Physical art will be accepted as well and can be uploaded through the website or can be taken to the hospital and scanned in there. As for who can participate in the event there is no restriction. However, the artwork must be rated G because the artwork will be presented at a children's hospital. Any artwork that gets submitted and does not meet that rating will not be accepted and the donor will get a refund.

These are some font pairings that I thought would work well for the idea of the program.

These are the stronger logos that I thought of for the event. Each one represnets a different part of the event. Starting from the top is the name of the event and then it is two splashes of paint colliding. That represents the different art styles and ideas that would come together in the submissions. The second is a stylistic wall to represent how the artwork will be displayed. The last is the event name and art tools inside a keystone. That represents where the event is and how it is the piece that brought all of the different people, art, and ideas together and held them together.

This is a basic layout for the different advertisements for the event. There is a pamphlet, poster, and webpage.

This is the updated version of the pamphlet. the outside will have very little information aside from the logo and the rest of the information is on the inside.

This is the webpage for the event. The homepage has information on how to submit and a field to submit your work or donations in. There is then an about page that tells about the event and about the hospital that is hosting it. The last page is a gallery of the different work that has been submitted over the years. It has a search field and filter so you can find your own or other's work.

This is the updated version of the poster and pamphlet. I am trying to make it fun and attention grabbing to make people want to read what it is about. For the colors, I chose complementary colors to add interest.

This is the final version of all the advertising. The colors have changed to the color scheme of C.H.O.P to better associate and match their branding. For the pamphlet, the outside has the logo of the event as well as a map with information about the location. The inside has information about the event, the hospital, and how to submit work to the event. It also has some examples of previous work. The website has the same information as the pamphlet but is more in-depth. The poster just has the name of the event and a short description of the event. Along with some information on how to learn more about the event.
